(1)

Subject to subsection (2), a member is not entitled to be paid in respect of duties or functions performed by him in pursuance of this Act.

(2)

A member of the Council is entitled to reimbursement for any expenses reasonably incurred by him in the performance of his duties or functions under this Act.
