Meetings of the Council

Section 9
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a meeting of the Council shall be convened by the Chairman by notice in writing to the other members and the meeting shall be held at the time and place specified in the notice.
(2)
The Minister may, by notice in writing to each member, direct that a meeting be held at the time and place specified in the notice.
(3)
The Council shall meet at least once in six months.
