(1)
The Council may appoint committees to assist it in carrying out its functions under this Act.
(2)
The Council may delegate any of its functions under this Act, other than this power of delegation, to any committee appointed from amongst members of the Council.
(3)
A delegation under subsection (2) is revocable by the Council and shall not prevent the Council from carrying out any of its functions under this Act.
