(1)
All members of the Council shall be paid any allowance as determined by the Chairman at the meeting of the Council and agreed by all members of the Council.

(2)
Notwithstanding subregulation (1), the allowance for the members of the Council who are the public officers shall subject to the service circular issued by the Government from time to time.
