Seksyen 9
(1)
If any member of the Council has any beneficial interest in any matter being considered by the Council, he shall immediately declare the type and extent of interest in the matter being considered to the Chairman or any other member chairing the meeting.
(2)
Disclosure of interest under subregulation (1) shall be recorded in the minutes or the notes of proceedings and the
Council shall determine whether the member may participate in the proceedings of the meeting, or otherwise.
