Appointment, revocation and resignation
of Peraturan-Peraturan Koperasi (Majlis Perundingan Koperasi Kebangsaan) 2010
Subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the letter of appointment, a member of the Council appointed under paragraphs 5(c), (i) and (j) shall hold the post for a period of not exceeding two years and is eligible to be reappointed.
(2)
The Chairman of the Council may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Council appointed under paragraphs 5(c), (i) and (j) without providing any reason for the revocation.

A member of the Council may at any time tender his resignation by giving a written notice to the Chairman.
Committee 6a. The Council may establish any committee which is deemed necessary or expedient to assist the Council in exercising its function under these Regulations.
