Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Medical Assistants (Registration) Act 1977 [Act 180], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Medical Assistants (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2017. Amendment of regulation 19 2. Subregulation 19(3) of the Medical Assistants (Registration) Regulations 1979 [P.U. (A) 185/1979] is amended by substituting for the word “five” the word “fifteen”.
