Seksyen 2

These Regulations shall apply in respect of every person who holds office as Judge on or after the Ist July 1980:

Provided that where a Judge is governed by the provisions of written laws other than the Judges’ Remuneration (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 1979, he shall be governed by the provisions. of these Regulations and of such other written laws but with the addition and substitution, as appropriate, of the provisions of these Regulations in the provisions of such other written laws.
