TECHNOLOGISTS AND TECHNICIANS (FEES) REGULATIONS 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 50

of the

Technologists and Technicians Act 2015 [Act 768], the Malaysia Board of Technologists, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Technologists and Technicians

(Fees) Regulations 2017.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 10 January 2017.

Fees 2.

The fees as specified in the First and Second Schedules shall be payable to the

Malaysia Board of Technologists in relation to registration and assessment of a registered person.
