Directions by the Minister
of Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia Act 1981

Section 8
(1)
The Minister may give to the Perbadanan any direction not inconsistent with this Act as to the exercise and performance of its functions and powers in relation to any matter which appears to him to concern the film industry and the Perbadanan shall give effect to any such direction.
(2)
The Perbadanan shall furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its property and activities as he may from time to time require.
