Section 9
(1)
The Perbadanan may appoint a chief executive officer who may be designated by any name, and such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the purposes of this Act and for the efficient conduct of its affairs.

(2)
The appointment of the chief executive officer shall be with the prior approval of the Minister and the name by which he is designated shall be published in the Gazette.
(3)
If during any period the chief executive officer is for any reason unable to exercise the powers and perform the duties of his office, the Perbadanan may, with the prior approval of the Minister, appoint any other fit and proper person to so act.
