(a)
dengan menggantikan subkepala “2204.21.12 00” dan “2204.21.13 00”
masing-masing dengan subkepala “2204.21.13 00” dan “2204.21.14 00”;
(b)
berhubung dengan subkepala 8703.22.90 10, dalam ruang 5, dengan menggantikan perkataan “65%” dengan perkataan “60%”; dan
(c)
berhubung dengan subkepala 8703.22.90 90, dalam ruang 5, dengan menggantikan perkataan “65%” dengan perkataan “60%”.

EXCISE DUTIES (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 13 April 2017.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Excise Duties Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 92/2017] is amended in the Schedule—
(a)
by substituting for subheadings
“2204.21.12 00”
and
“2204.21.13 00” subheadings “2204.21.13 00” and “2204.21.14 00”
respectively;
(b)
in relation to subheading 8703.22.90 10, in column 5, by substituting for the words “65%” the words “60%”; and
(c)
in relation to subheading 8703.22.90 90, in column 5, by substituting for the words “65%” the words “60%”.
