Peremitan fi
Fi bagi visa kemasukan berulang kali yang kena dibayar di bawah butiran 2.II(e) Perintah Fi (Pasport dan Visa) 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] bagi warganegara
India diremitkan satu ratus peratus.
Peremitan fi di bawah subperenggan (1) hanya terpakai bagi warganegara
India yang datang ke Malaysia bagi maksud lawatan sosial, tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:
permohonan bagi visa kemasukan berulang kali dibuat melalui
Sistem Elektronik Visa;
visa kemasukan berulang kali sah bagi tempoh tiga bulan dari tarikh kelulusan visa;
tempoh tinggal di Malaysia terhad kepada lima belas hari sahaja bagi setiap kemasukan dan tidak boleh dilanjutkan; dan 3
masuk dan keluar dari Malaysia hanya melalui pos kawalan imigresen, tempat mendarat yang dibenarkan, lapangan terbang yang dibenarkan atau pintu masuk yang dibenarkan sebagaimana yang diwartakan di bawah subseksyen 5(1) Akta Imigresen 1959/63 [Akta 155].

FEES (PASSPORTS AND VISAS) (REMISSION OF FEES) ORDER 2017
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Fees (Passports and Visas) (Remission of
Fees) Order 2017.
This Order has effect for the period from 22 August 2017 to 31 July 2018.
Remission of fees 2.
The fee for multiple entry visa payable under item 2.II(e) of the Fees
(Passports and Visas) Order 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] for the citizen of India is remitted one hundred percent.
The remission of fee under subparagraph (1) shall only apply to a citizen of India who comes to Malaysia for the purpose of social visit, subject to the following conditions:
an application for the multiple entry visa is made through
Electronic Visa System;
the multiple entry visa is valid for the period of three months from the date of the approval of the visa;
the period of stay in Malaysia is limited to fifteen days only for each entry and shall not be extended; and

enter into and exit from Malaysia only through the immigration control posts, authorized landing places, authorized airports or authorized points of entry as gazetted under subsection 5(1) of the
Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155].
