EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (DISCIPLINE) (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE)
ORDER 2017
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2)
of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline)
(Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2017.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 is amended ─
(a)
by deleting item 13;
(b)
in item 19, by substituting for the words “Politeknik Johor Bahru” the words
“Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan”;
(c)
in item 52, by substituting for the words “Politeknik Kota, Melaka” the words
“Politeknik Melaka”;
(d)
in item 53, by substituting for the words “Politeknik Kota, Kuala Terengganu”
the words “Politeknik Kuala Terengganu”; and
(e)
by inserting after item 171 the following items:
