Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Kelantan, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2017.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 24 July 2017.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading “Negeri Kelantan Darul Naim”—

(a)

by inserting after item 3 the following item:

“4.

(Route 484): Jeram Perdah–Pengkalan Kubur Road

From its junction with Route 134, Kota Bharu–Pengkalan Kubur

Road at coordinates N 6.226905, E 102.096606 and ending at

Jeram Perdah with Route 260, Pasir Mas–Pohon Tanjong Road at coordinates N 6.077044, E 102.055836 as shown on

MAP 4: JERAM PERDAH–PENGKALAN KUBUR ROAD (a distance of 22.243 km).”; and
