  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Kelantan, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 5) Order 2017.

This Order comes into operation on 25 October 2017.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Kelantan Darul Naim”—

(a)

by inserting after item 4 the following items:

(Route 485): Kg Kolam Itik–Kg Kubang Rambutan Road

From its junction with Route 196, Panglima Bayu–Rantau

Panjang–Jeram Perdah Road at coordinates N 5.990766,

E 101.959339 and ending at Kg Kubang Rambutan with Route 196,

Panglima Bayu–Rantau Panjang–Jeram Perdah Road at coordinates

N 5.99632, E 101.971159 as shown on MAP 5: KG KOLAM
