Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) (No. 7) Order 2017.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 27 November 2017.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan” —

(a)

by inserting after item 53 the following item:

“54.

(Route 37): Rawang Bypass Road

From Route 1 at coordinates N 3.296125, E 101.613436 and ending at its junction with Route 1 at coordinates N 3.356936,

E 101.59725 as shown on MAP 25 : RAWANG BYPASS ROAD,

NEGERI SELANGOR (a distance of 10.662 km).”; and
