Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 92E(4) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the National Land Code (Modification) 2014 (Amendment) Order 2017. Amendment of Schedule 2. The National Land Code (Modification) Order 2014 [P.U. (A) 220/2014] is amended in the Schedule by inserting after item “Form 4E” and the particulars relating to it the following items:
