Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 92C(6) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the National Land Code (Modification) 1997 (Amendment) Order 2017. Amendment of Schedule 2. The National Land Code (Modification) Order 1997 [P.U. (A) 204/1997] is amended in the Schedule ―
(a)
for the particulars relating to the item “Paragraph 396(1)(b)”, by inserting after the words “reduced levels” the words “which means the height of a points reduced with respect to the mean sea level. Mean sea level means the average height derived from tidal observations for the definition of zero-height determined by the Director General of Survey and Mapping”;
and
(b)
by inserting after item “Form 5CK” and the particulars relating to it the following items:
