Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(3) of the Safeguards Act 2006 [Act 657] and subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Customs (Definitive Safeguards Duties)
(Amendment) Order 2017.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have effect for the period from 14 April 2017
until 13 April 2020.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
Customs (Definitive Safeguards Duties) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 122/2017]
is amended in the Schedule—

by substituting for subheading
