PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS

(CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) (NO. 39) ORDER 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1)

of the

Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications

(Control of Undesirable Publications) (No. 39) Order 2017.

Prohibition 2.

The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of the publication described in the Schedule which is likely to be prejudicial to public order, which is likely to alarm public opinion and which is prejudicial to public interest is absolutely prohibited throughout Malaysia.
