Perintah ini berkuat kuasa bagi tempoh dari 1 Januari 2018
hingga 31 Disember 2018.
Pengecualian
Menteri mengecualikan pemegang Pasport Bagi Kegunaan Rasmi Republik
Rakyat China daripada kehendak visa di bawah subseksyen 2(1) Akta tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:
pemegang Pasport itu hendaklah berdaftar dalam sistem pendaftaran dan maklumat perjalanan elektronik yang disediakan oleh Ketua Pengarah dan pendaftaran itu boleh dibuat—
oleh pemegang Pasport itu sendiri; atau
bagi pihak pemegang Pasport itu, oleh agensi pelancongan di Republik Rakyat China yang berdaftar dengan Pejabat
Perwakilan Malaysia di Republik Rakyat China;
pemegang Pasport itu hendaklah melakukan perjalanan ke Malaysia dalam tempoh tiga bulan selepas dia berdaftar dalam sistem pendaftaran dan maklumat perjalanan elektronik;

tempoh lawatan pemegang Pasport itu terhad kepada lima belas hari sahaja dan tidak boleh dilanjutkan;
pemegang Pasport itu hendaklah memasuki dan keluar dari Malaysia hanya melalui lapangan terbang yang dibenarkan atau pas kawalan imigresen seperti yang berikut:
U05 Lapangan Terbang Pulau Pinang, Bayan Lepas,
Pulau Pinang;
U15 Lapangan Terbang Sultan Ismail, Johor Bahru, Johor;
U29 Lapangan Terbang Kota Kinabalu, Sabah;
U02 Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Pulau Langkawi,
Kedah;
U23 Lapangan Terbang Miri, Bahagian Keempat, Sarawak; atau 4
D22A Pos Kawalan Imigresen Tedungan, Daerah Batu Danau
Limbang, Bahagian Kelima, Sarawak;
pemegang Pasport itu tidak dibenarkan untuk memohon apa-apa pas lain di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Imigresen 1963 [L.N. 228/1963];
pemegang Pasport itu hendaklah menaiki penerbangan terus dari
Republik Rakyat China ke Malaysia atau memasuki Malaysia melalui
Singapura, Thailand atau Brunei, dan mempunyai tiket penerbangan balik terus ke Republik Rakyat China, atau melalui Singapura, Thailand atau
Brunei jika pemegang Pasport itu melakukan perjalanan melalui udara;
pemegang Pasport itu hendaklah, semasa ketibaan, mengemukakan bukti bahawa dia mempunyai wang poket yang mencukupi, kad kredit atau kad bank dengan logo UnionPay dan mengemukakan jadual perjalanannya di Malaysia; dan 5
pemegang Pasport itu dibenarkan untuk mendaftar semula sebagaimana dalam subperenggan (a) untuk memasuki Malaysia selepas tempoh tiga bulan dari tarikh dia meninggalkan Malaysia.

PASSPORTS (EXEMPTION OF VISA TO HOLDER OF PASSPORT FOR PUBLIC AFFAIRS
OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA) ORDER 2017
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Passports (Exemption of Visa to Holder of Passport for Public Affairs of the People’s Republic of China) Order 2017.
This Order has effect for the period from 1 January 2018
to 31 December 2018.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts a holder of a Passport For Public Affairs of the People’s
Republic of China from the requirement of visa under subsection 2(1) of the Act subject to the following conditions:
the holder of the Passport shall be registered in the electronic travel registration and information system provided by the Director General and the registration may be made—
by the holder of the Passport himself; or
on behalf of the holder of the Passport, by a travel agency in the People’s Republic of China which is registered with the
Malaysian Mission Office in the People’s Republic of China;
the holder of the Passport shall travel to Malaysia within three months after he is registered in the electronic travel registration and information system;

the period of visit of the holder of the Passport is limited to fifteen days only and shall not be extended;
the holder of the Passport shall enter and exit from Malaysia only through the authorized airports or immigration control posts as follows:
U05 Pulau Pinang Airport, Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang;
U15 Sultan Ismail Airport, Johor Bahru, Johore;
D12A Immigration Control Post at Komplex Sultan Abu
Bakar, Tanjung Kupang, Johore;

D01 Padang Besar, Perlis;
D20 Sungai Tujoh, Miri, Sarawak; or
D22A Immigration Control Post Tedungan, District of Batu
Danau Limbang, 5th Division, Sarawak;
the holder of the Passport is not allowed to apply for any other passes under the Immigration Regulations 1963 [L.N. 228/1963];
the holder of the Passport shall take a direct flight from the People’s
Republic of China to Malaysia or enter Malaysia through Singapore,
Thailand or Brunei, and have a return air ticket direct to the People’s
Republic of China, or through Singapore, Thailand or Brunei if the holder of the Passport travels by air;
the holder of the Passport shall, on arrival, produce proof of sufficient pocket-money, credit card or bank card with UnionPay logo and produce his itinerary in Malaysia; and
the holder of the Passport is allowed to re-register as in subparagraph (a)
to enter Malaysia after the period of three months from the date he leaves
Malaysia.
