Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Pasport 1966 [Akta 150], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

(1)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pasport (Pengecualian Visa kepada Warganegara Maghribi) 2017.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 November 2017.

Pengecualian

Seksyen 2

Menteri mengecualikan warganegara Maghribi daripada kehendak visa di bawah subseksyen 2(1) Akta tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:

(a)

warganegara Maghribi itu hendaklah memiliki pasport diplomatik, pasport perkhidmatan, pasport khas atau pasport biasa yang sah;

(b)

warganegara Maghribi itu hendaklah dikeluarkan Pas Lawatan (Sosial)

yang sah bagi tempoh sembilan puluh hari bagi setiap kemasukan;

(c)

warganegara Maghribi itu tidak dibenarkan untuk memohon apa-apa pas lain di bawah

warganegara Maghribi itu hendaklah memasuki dan keluar dari Malaysia hanya melalui pos kawalan imigresen, tempat mendarat yang dibenarkan, lapangan terbang yang dibenarkan atau pintu masuk yang dibenarkan sebagaimana yang diwartakan di bawah subseksyen 5(1)

PASSPORTS (EXEMPTION OF VISA TO CITIZEN OF MOROCCO) ORDER 2017

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Passports Act 1966 [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Passports (Exemption of Visa to Citizen of Morocco) Order 2017.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 November 2017.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts a citizen of Morocco from the requirement of visa under subsection 2(1) of the Act subject to the following conditions:

(a)

the citizen of Morocco shall hold a valid diplomatic passport, service passport, special passport or ordinary passport;

(b)

the citizen of Morocco shall have been issued with a Visit Pass (Social)

that is valid for a period of ninety days for each entry;

(c)

the citizen of Morocco shall not be allowed to apply for any other passes under the Immigration Regulations 1963 [L.N. 228/1963]; and

(d)

the citizen of Morocco shall enter into and exit from Malaysia only through the immigration control posts, authorized landing places, authorized airports or authorized points of entry as gazetted under subsection 5(1) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155].
