Pindaan perenggan 2
Perintah Pasport (Visa kepada Pelancong daripada Republik Rakyat China)
dengan memasukkan selepas subperenggan (a) subperenggan yang berikut:
“(aa) pelancong itu hendaklah melakukan perjalanan ke Malaysia dalam tempoh tiga bulan selepas dia berdaftar dalam
Sistem Pendaftaran dan Maklumat Perjalanan Elektronik;”;
dalam subsubsubperenggan (G), dengan memotong perkataan
“atau” di hujung subsubsubperenggan itu;

subsubsubperenggan yang berikut:
“(I)
U23 Lapangan Terbang Miri, Bahagian Keempat,
Sarawak; atau”;
dalam subsubsubperenggan (A), dengan memotong perkataan
“atau” di hujung subsubsubperenggan itu;
dengan menggantikan subperenggan (e) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:
“(e)
pelancong itu hendaklah menaiki penerbangan terus dari
Republik Rakyat China ke Malaysia atau memasuki
Malaysia melalui Singapura, Thailand atau Brunei, dan mempunyai tiket penerbangan balik terus ke Republik
Rakyat China atau melalui Singapura, Thailand atau

Brunei jika pelancong itu melakukan perjalanan melalui udara;”;
dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung subsubperenggan itu dengan perkataan “; dan”; dan
dengan memasukkan selepas subperenggan (f) subperenggan yang berikut:
“(g)
pelancong itu dibenarkan untuk mendaftar semula untuk memasuki Malaysia selepas tempoh tiga bulan dari tarikh dia meninggalkan Malaysia.”.

PASSPORTS (VISA TO TOURIST FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA)
(EXEMPTION) (NO. 2) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Passports (Visa to Tourist from the
People’s Republic of China) (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2017.
This
Order has effect for the period from 1
April 2017
until 31 December 2017.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Passports (Visa to Tourist from the People’s Republic of China) (Exemption)
(No. 2) Order 2016 [P. U. (A) 336/2016] is amended in paragraph 2—
by inserting after subparagraph (a) the following subparagraph:
“(aa) the tourist shall travel to Malaysia within three months after he is registered in the Electronic Travel Registration and Information System;”;
in subsubsubparagraph (G), by deleting the word “ or” at the end of the subsubsubparagraph;
by inserting after subsubsubparagraph (H) the following subsubsubparagraph:

“ (I)
U23 Miri Airport, Fourth Division, Sarawak; or”;
in subsubsubparagraph (A), by deleting the word “or” at the end of the subsubsubparagraph;
by inserting after subsubsubparagraph (B) the following subsubsubparagraphs:
“ (C)
D01 Padang Besar, Perlis;
by substituting for subparagraph (e) the following subparagraph:
“(e)
the tourist shall take a direct flight from the People’s
Republic of China to Malaysia or enter Malaysia through
Singapore, Thailand or Brunei, and have a return air ticket direct to People’s Republic of China or through Singapore,
Thailand or Brunei if the tourist travels by air;”;
by substituting for the full stop at the end of the subparagraph the words “; and”; and

the following subparagraph:
“(g)
the tourist is allowed to re-register to enter
Malaysia after the period of three months from the date he leaves Malaysia.”.
