PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 22 Akta Pencegahan Jenayah 1959 [Akta 297], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(1)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pencegahan Jenayah

(Pindaan Jadual Ketiga) 2017.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 Disember 2017.

Pindaan Jadual Ketiga

Akta Pencegahan Jenayah 1959 dipinda dengan menggantikan Jadual Ketiga dengan jadual yang berikut:

(a)

agrees to be required to report for device equipment checks if necessary;

(d)

to notify a police officer if there is any change of address;

(e)

to allow inspections of the device by a police officer;

(f)

to return all the device equipment to a police officer;

(h)

to submit to procedures required by a police officer;

(i)

to maintain the device as instructed by a police officer including to ensure that the device is charged and activated all the times;

(j)

to ensure the device is not loss, damaged, tampered with or destroyed;

(l)

to report immediately to a police officer if the device is lost, damaged, tampered with or destroyed;

(m)

to comply with any directions of a police officer;

(n)

to comply with any other conditions as the Board may determine.

Seksyen 9

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions as stated in this Form is an offence under subsection 7A(6) of the Prevention of Crime Act 1959.

PREVENTION OF CRIME (AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) ORDER 2017

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 [Act 297], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Prevention of Crime (Amendment of

Third Schedule) Order 2017.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 December 2017.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Prevention of Crime Act 1959 is amended by substituting for the Third

Schedule the following schedule:
