PREVENTION OF CRIME (AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) ORDER 2017

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 [Act 297], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Prevention of Crime (Amendment of

Third Schedule) Order 2017.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 December 2017.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Prevention of Crime Act 1959 is amended by substituting for the Third

Schedule the following schedule:
