Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 8(1) of the Pineapple Industry Act 1957 [Act 427], the Minister, after consultation with the Board makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Pineapple Industry (Cess on export)
(Revocation) Order 2017.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 February 2017.
Revocation 2.
The Pineapple Industry (Cess on Export) Order 1983 [P.U. (A) 123/1983]
is revoked.
