  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Minimum Retirement Age (Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2017. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts Halal Industry Development Corporation Sdn. Bhd. with the registration number 747683-X from all provisions of the Act in respect of its employee, namely Dato’ Seri Jamil bin Bidin, who is employed on a fixed term contract of service, inclusive of any extension, of more than sixty months for the position of Chief Executive Officer.
