bertempat di H.S. (D) 36667, PTD 14422, Mukim Jorak, Daerah Muar, Negeri Johor;
dan
(d)
UTM Centre for Low Carbon Transport ‘in Cooperation with Imperial College,
London @ Pagoh’, UTM Innovation Centre in Agritechnology for
Advanced Bioprocessing, Malaysian Japan Advanced Research Centre dan apa-apa Fakulti lain yang ditubuhkan bagi maksud Kampus yang disebut dalam subsubperenggan (a) hendaklah ditempatkan di Kampus itu.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(1) of the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 [Act 30], the Minister, after consultation with the Board, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (Campus)
(Pagoh Branch) Order 2017.
(2)
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 2 May 2017.
Establishment of Campus 2.
Upon the coming into operation of this Order—
(b)
the name of the Campus referred to in subsubparagraph (a) is
“Universiti Teknologi Malaysia—Campus (Pagoh Branch)”;
(a)
is located at H.S. (D) 36667, PTD 14422, Mukim Jorak, District of Muar, State of
Johore; and
(d)
the UTM Centre for Low Carbon Transport ‘in Cooperation with
Imperial College, London @ Pagoh’, UTM Innovation Centre in
Agritechnology for Advanced Bioprocessing, Malaysian Japan Advanced
Research Centre and any other Faculty which are established for the purposes of the Campus referred to in subsubparagraph (a) shall be located in the Campus.
