Apabila Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa—

suatu Kampus bagi Universiti Utara Malaysia tertubuh;

(b)

nama

Kampus yang disebut dalam subsubperenggan

ialah

“Universiti Utara Malaysia—Kampus (Cawangan Kuala Lumpur)”;

(c)

Kampus yang disebut dalam subsubperenggan (a) bertempat di Lot 2359,

(KUALA LUMPUR BRANCH) ORDER 2017

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(1) of the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 [Act 30], the Minister, after consultation with the Board, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Universiti Utara Malaysia (Campus)

(Kuala Lumpur Branch) Order 2017.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 2013.

Establishment of Campus 2.

Upon the coming into operation of this Order—

(a)

a Campus of the Universiti Utara Malaysia is established;

(b)

the name of the Campus referred to in subsubparagraph (a) is

“Universiti Utara Malaysia—Campus (Kuala Lumpur Branch)”;

(c)

the Campus referred to in subsubparagraph (a) is located at Lot 2359,

Section 41, Title No. PN. 30699, City of Kuala Lumpur, District of

Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur; and

(d)

the College of Business, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Law,

Government and International Studies, and any other College, School,

Faculty, Centre, Academy and Institute which are established for the purposes of the Campus referred to in subsubparagraph (a) shall be located in the Campus.
