Certificate of Analyst
The certificate of analysis of an Analyst shall be in the prescribed form.
(2)
If a method of analysis has been prescribed by regulations made under this Act for the analysis of any food or pesticide, an Analyst, whether for the prosecution or for the defence, shall follow, and shall in his certificate declare that he has followed, the prescribed method in his analysis.
(3)
A copy of the certificate of analysis of a sample of any food or pesticide taken or obtained by an authorized officer may, on payment of the prescribed fee, be obtained from the appropriate Analyst by the seller of the food or pesticide or his agent or servant, or by the person having possession, custody, or control of the lot from which the sample was taken or obtained.
