Section 3
For the purposes of this Act, there is hereby established a board named Pesticides Board and consisting of the following members:
(a)
the Director General of Agriculture, who shall be the
Chairman;
(b)
a senior officer of the Department of Agriculture,
Peninsular Malaysia, who shall be appointed by the
Minister, and be the Secretary;
(c)
the Deputy Director General of Health (Public Health);
(d)
the Director General of Chemistry;
(e)
the Director General of the Malaysian Agricultural
Research and Development Institute;
(f)
the Director General of the Malaysian Rubber Board;
(g)
the Director General of the Department of Standards,
Malaysia;

(h)
the Director General of Veterinary Services;
(i)
the Director of Pharmaceutical Services of the Ministry of
Health;
(j)
the Director General of Forestry, Peninsular Malaysia;
(k)
the Director of Agriculture, Sabah;
(l)
the Director of Agriculture, Sarawak;
(m)
the Director General of Environmental Quality; and
(n)
the Director General of the Malaysian Palm Oil Board.
