Section 64

(1)

Subject to and except as provided by subsection (2), the

*Poisons Ordinance of the State of Sarawak [Cap. 121] shall cease to apply to the substances listed in Part IV of the Third Schedule to this

Act and accordingly the Ordinance is amended by deleting from the

Poisons List set out in the Schedule thereto all entries shown in the said
