“Peninsular Malaysia” has the meaning assigned thereto in section 3 of the Interpretation Acts 1948 and 1967, and includes the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Labuan;
Sarawak shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions under this Act and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other written law, a Sessions Court shall have power to impose the full penalty or punishment provided by this Act.
