Sanction to prosecute and conduct of prosecutions

of Poisons Act 1952

Section 34
(1)

No prosecution shall be instituted under this Act or any regulation made thereunder without the sanction in writing of the

Public Prosecutor.

(2)

Prosecutions in respect of offences under this Act or any regulation made thereunder may be conducted by any registered pharmacist in the public service authorized in writing by the Public

Prosecutor.
