Section 26A

(1)

The Director General of Health may issue such directives, not inconsistent with the provision of this Act, as he thinks necessary or expedient for the proper implementation of section 26 of this Act.

(2)

A person issued with the directives under this section shall comply with such directives.

(3)

Any person who fails to comply with the directives issued by the

Director General of Health under subsection (1) commits an offence against this Act.
