Service on company or summons of offence

Section 45
(1)
It shall be sufficient in any summons issued by a Magistrate’s
Court under this Act or any by-laws made thereunder, against any firm

or company, to direct that the summons be served on the firm, company, or any officer or manager thereof.
(2)
Service of the summons at the usual place of business of such firm shall be deemed to be a sufficient service thereof.
