Registered person not to consort with other registered persons

Section 16
(1)
No registered person shall consort or habitually associate with any other registered person without the permission of the Officer in Charge of the Police District in which he resides, unless he shall prove that he did not know and had no reason to suspect that such other person was a registered person.
(2)
Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years and not less than five years.
