Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision of Laws Act, 1968, the Commissioner of Law Revision, with the approval of the Law Revision Committee, hereby makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Revision of Laws (Civil Law Act) Order, 1975, and shall have the force of law with effect from 1st April, 1972.
Rectification of Act 67.
Seksyen 2
Section 23 (1) of the Civil Law Act, 1956, is hereby rectified by substituting the word "effected" for the word "affected" appearing in line 1 thereof.
