KAEDAH-KAEDAH PASARAN GETAH PERSEKUTUAN TANAH MELAYU (PINDAAN) (NO. 2), 1975

Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-kaedah Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu (Pindaan) (No.2), 1975, dan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 30hb Ogos, 1975.

Kaedah-kaedah Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, 1961, adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan cara yang diuntukkan dalam Jadual.

Gantikan perkataan "Malaysia" bagi perkataan-perkataan "the States of Malaya" di mana jua terdapat.

"Notwithstanding this requirement an application from any person carrying on business as a producer may be supported by a letter of sponsorship from the Rubber Producers' Council of Malaysia".

Masukkan perkataan "Ordinary" selepas perkataan "existing" dan tambah ayat seperti berikut—

Kaedah 24 (1) (g) ... Potong perkataan-perkataan "or Rule 6 (1) (c) as the case may be" dalam baris-baris ketiga dan keempat.

FEDERATION OF MALAYA RUBBER EXCHANGE (INCORPORATION) ACT, 1962

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 16 of the Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange (Incorporation) Act, 1962, the Corporation in General Meeting hereby makes the following rules:

1. These rules may be cited as the Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange (Amendment) (No.2) Rules, 1975, and shall be deemed to have come into force on 30th August, 1975.

2. The Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange Rules, 1961, are hereby amended in the manner provided in the Schedule.

Provisions amended

Rules 7 (2) (b),17 (2) (b),23, 25,29,59 (b),59 (d),63 and 76 (1)

Substitute the word "Malaysia" for the words "the States of Malaya" wherever they appear.

Provisions amended Nature of amendments Rule 8 (1) (b) ... Insert the word "Ordinary" after the word "existing" and add the following sentence— "Notwithstanding this requirement an application from any person carrying on business as a producer may be supported by a letter of sponsorship from the Rubber Producers' Council of Malaysia".

Rule 24 (1) (g) ... Delete the words "or Rule 6 (1) (c) as the case may be" in the third and fourth lines.
