Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen-seksyen 14 dan 16 Akta Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu (Perbadanan) 1962, Perbadanan dalam Mesyuarat Agung membuat kaedah-kaedah yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-kaedah Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu (Pindaan) 1977, dan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 21hb Disember 1976.

Seksyen 2

Kaedah-kaedah Pasaran Getah Persekutuan Tanah Melayu 1961 adalah dipinda mengikut cara yang diperuntukan dalam Jadual.

Kaedah 6 (b) (i) ... Potong perkataan-perkataan "in any of the classes of the rubber trade or industry referred to in Rule 5 (1)".

Kaedah 9 (2) ... Potong perkataan-perkataan "Class and" dalam baris keenam dan perkataan-perkataan "but this paragraph shall not apply to the class of membership described in rule 5 (1) (d). Candidates for election under rule 5 (1) (d) shall be subject to the procedure laid down in rules 8 and 9 (3)".

FEDERATION OF MALAYA RUBBER EXCHANGE (INCORPORATION) ACT 1962

FEDERATION OF MALAYA RUBBER EXCHANGE (AMENDMENT) RULES 1977

IN the exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 16 of the Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange (Incorporation) Act 1962, the Corporation in General Meeting makes the following rules:

1. These rules may be cited as the Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange (Amendment) Rules 1977, and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 21st December 1976.

2. The Federation of Malaya Rubber Exchange Rules 1961 are amended in the manner provided in the Schedule.

Rule 9 (2) ... Delete the words "Class and" in the sixth line and the words "but this paragraph shall not apply to the class of membership described in rule 5 (1) (d). Candidates for election under rule 5 (1) (d) shall be subject to the procedure laid down in rules 8 and 9 (3)".
