Perintah Sewa-Beli 1980

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Sewa-Beli 1980 dan hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb Ogos 1980.

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Sewa-Beli 1967, adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan senarai barang-barang yang terdapat dalamnya dengan yang berikut:

"1. Motor vehicles, namely-

Radio sets, television sets, tape-recorders, and any combination thereof;

Sewing machines other than those used for industrial purposes;

Refrigerators and deepfreeze food preservers; and any combination thereof;

Washing machines;

Vacuum cleaners;

Electric or gas, cookers and ovens.".

HIRE-PURCHASE ACT 1967

HIRE-PURCHASE ORDER 1980

Act 212.

This Order may be cited as the Hire-Purchase Order 1980 and shall come into force on the 1st August 1980.

Amendment of list of goods.

"1. Motor vehicles, namely—

The First Schedule to the Hire-Purchase Act 1967, is amended by substituting the following for the list of goods appearing therein:

Refrigerators and deepfreeze food preservers, and any combination thereof;

Radio sets, television sets, tape-recorders, and any combination thereof;

Sewing machines other than those used for industrial purposes;

Washing machines;

Vacuum cleaners;

Electric or gas, cookers and ovens.".
