- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 45A Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Bahagian III Jadual Pertama kepada Akta adalah dipinda—
(a)
dengan memasukkan butiran "Cathinone" selepas sahaja butiran "Cannabis (Indian Hemp) and Cannabis resin (Resin of Indian Hemp)";
(b)
dengan memasukkan butiran "2,5-Dimethoxyamphetamine (DMA)" selepas sahaja butiran "Dimepheptanol";
(c)
dengan memasukkan butiran "2,5-Dimethoxy-4-ethylamphetamine (DOET)" selepas sahaja butiran "Dimethoxybromoamphetamine (DOB)";
(d)
dengan memasukkan butiran "5-Methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MMDA)" selepas sahaja butiran "Methaqualone";
(e)
dengan memasukkan butiran "3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA)" selepas sahaja butiran "Methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA)";
(f)
dengan memasukkan butiran "Paramethoxyamphetamine (PMA)" selepas sahaja butiran "Parahexyl, 3-hexyl-1-hydroxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,6,9-trimethyl-6H-dibenzo [b,d] pyran"; dan
(g)
dengan memasukkan butiran "3,4,5-Trimethoxyamphetamine (3,4,5-TMA)" selepas sahaja butiran "Trimeperidine".

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT) (No.2) ORDER 1986

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment) (No.2) Order 1986.
Seksyen 2
Part III of the First Schedule to the Act is amended—
(a)
by inserting the item "Cathinone" immediately after the item "Cannabis (Indian Hemp) and Cannabis resin (Resin of Indian Hemp)";
(b)
by inserting the item "2,5-Dimethoxyamphetamine (DMA)" immediately after the item "Dimepheptanol";
(c)
by inserting the item "2,5-Dimethoxy-4-ethylamphetamine (DOET)" immediately after the item "Dimethoxybromo-amphetamine (DOB)";
(d)
by inserting the item "5-Methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy amphetamine (MMDA)" immediately after the item "Methaqualone";
(e)
by inserting the item "3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA)" immediately after the item "Methylenedioxy-amphetamine (MDA)";
(f)
