Perenggan (b), (c), (d) dan (e) Bahagian I Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Akauntan 1967, sebagaimana dimasukkan ke dalam Akta melalui pindaan-pindaan yang terkandung dalam perenggan 2 Perintah ini, hendaklah masing-masingnya disifatkan telah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1hb Januari 1975, 1hb Mac 1978, 1hb Januari 1981 dan 1hb Januari 1983.
Akta Akauntan 1967 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan Bahagian I Jadual Pertama dengan Bahagian I yang berikut:
Bahagian I
the final examination of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Institut Akauntan Malaysia'; or
the final examination of the University of Malaya for the Diploma in Accounting or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Universiti Malaya untuk Diploma Perakaunan'; or
the final examination of the University of Malaya for the Degree of Bachelor of Accounting or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Universiti Malaya untuk Ijazah Sarjanamuda. Perakaunan'; or
the final examination of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia for the Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia untuk Ijazah Sarjanamuda Perakaunan (Kepujian)'; or
the final examination of the MARA Institute of Technology for the Advanced Diploma in Accountancy or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Institut Teknologi MARA untuk Diploma Lanjutan Perakaunan'.".

ACCOUNTANTS ACT 1967
ACCOUNTANTS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) (No.2) ORDER 1986
Opening note
Paragraphs (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Part I of the First Schedule to the Accountants Act 1967, as introduced into the Act by the amendments embodied in paragraph 2 of this Order, shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January 1975, the 1st March 1978, the 1st January 1981 and the 1st January 1983 respectively.
The Accountants Act 1967 is amended by substituting for Part I of the First Schedule the following Part I:
“
the final examination of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Institut Akauntan Malaysia'; or
the final examination of the University of Malaya for the Diploma in Accounting or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Universiti Malaya untuk Diploma Perakaunan'; or
the final examination of the University of Malaya for the Degree of Bachelor of Accounting or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Universiti Malaya untuk Ijazah Sarjanamuda Perakaunan'; or
the final examination of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia for the Degree of Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia untuk Ijazah Sarjanamuda Perakaunan (Kepujian)'; or
the final examination of the MARA Institute of Technology for the Advanced Diploma in Accountancy or, in the national language, 'peperiksaan akhir Institut Teknologi MARA untuk Diploma Lanjutan Perakaunan'.".
