Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 59 Akta Akta 206 Senjata 1960, Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Seksyen 1

Peraturan-Peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan sebagai Peraturan-Peraturan Pelesenan Senjata (Pindaan Jadual Kedua) 1992.

Seksyen 2

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Senjata 1960 adalah dipinda-

(i)

dengan memasukkan, selepas sahaja subperenggan (b) perenggan 1, subperenggan baru (bb) yang berikut:

“(bb) For each smooth bore shotgun licensed to serving and retired public officers and to any officer serving with any statutory body or local government ... $10.00";

(ii)

dongan memasukkan, selepas sahaja subperenggan (b) perenggan 2, subperenggan baru (bb) yang berikut:

"(bb) For each smooth bore shotgun licensed to serving and retired public officers, and to any officer serving with any statutory body or local government ... $10.00"; dan

(iii)

dengan memotong perkataan-perkataan " (including smooth bore shotgun)" yang terdapat dalam perenggan 1 (d) dan 2 (d).

ARMS LICENSING (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 1992

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Amns Act Act 2006 1960, the Minister makes the following regulations:

Seksyen 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Arms Licensing Citation. (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 1992.

Seksyen 2

The Second Schedule to the Arms Act 1960 is amended-

(i)

by inserting, immediately after subparagraph (b) of paragraph 1, the following new subparagraph (bb):

"(bb) For each smooth bore shotgun licensed to serving and retired public officers and to any officer serving with any statutory body or local government ... $10.00";

(ii)

by inserting, immediately after subparagraph (b) of paragraph 2, the following new subparagraph (bb):

" (bb) For each smooth bore shotgun licensed to serving and retired public officers, and to any officer serving with any statutory body or local government ... $10.00"; and

(iii)

by deleting the words " (including smooth bore shotgun) " appearing in paragraphs 1 (d) and 2 (d).
