In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991, the Minister makes the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Employees Provident Fund (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 1992 and shall come into force on the 1st January 1993.

2. The Third Schedule to the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 is amended by substituting therefore with the following:
