Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 66(5) Akta Suruhanjaya Sekuriti 1993 [Akta 498], Menteri, atas syor Suruhanjaya, membuat perintah yang berikut:

Pindaan Jadual 4
Jadual 4 kepada Akta Suruhanjaya Sekuriti 1993 dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 11 perenggan yang berikut:
“12. Suatu terbitan, tawaran bagi langganan atau pembelian, atau pelawaan untuk melanggan atau membeli, debentur atau sekuriti Islam yang dibuat oleh bank pembangunan pelbagai hala atau institusi kewangan pelbagai hala yang mempunyai penarafan kredit AAA, atau setaraf dengannya, yang diberi oleh agensi penarafan kredit.”.

SECURITIES COMMISSION (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 4) ORDER 2004
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 66(5) of the Securities
Commission Act 1993 [Act 498], the Minister, on the recommendation of the
Commission, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement
(1)
This order may be cited as the Securities Commission (Amendment of
Jadual
Schedule 4) Order 2004.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 4 November 2004.
Amendment of Schedule 4 2.
Schedule 4 to the Securities Commission Act 1993 is amended by inserting after paragraph 11 the following paragraph:
“12. An issue of, offer for subscription or purchase of, or invitation to subscribe for or purchase, debentures or Islamic securities made by a multilateral development bank or a multilateral financial institution with a credit rating of AAA, or its equivalent, assigned by a credit rating agency.”.
