Subsubperenggan 2(c)(vii) dan subperenggan 2(f) Perintah ini hendaklah disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2009.

Jadual Keenam Belas kepada Kanun Tanah Negara dipinda―
(a)
dalam perenggan 1, dalam takrif “computer document of licence or permit”―
(i)
dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “computer document of licence or permit” perkataan “or lease of reserved land”; dan
dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “computer printed document of permit” perkataan “or computer printed document of lease of reserved land”;
(b)
dalam perenggan 2―
(i)
dalam subperenggan (a), dengan memotong perkataan “and”;
dalam subperenggan (b), dengan menggantikan perkataan “and shall cancel and destroy the previous version of the computer document of title.” dengan koma bernoktah; dan

“(c) cancels the previous version of the computer printed document of title;
captures image of the previous version of the computer printed document of title that has been cancelled to be virtually stored in the land database; and

any types of endorsement in any circumstances where an endorsement across the face of the existing register document of title is impossible,

to the effect that the title in question has been converted to the computerized document of title.”;

NATIONAL LAND CODE (AMENDMENT OF SIXTEENTH SCHEDULE) ORDER 2017
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5D(4)
National Land Code [Act No. 56 of 1965], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
This order may be cited as the
National
Land
Code
(Amendment of Sixteenth Schedule) Order 2017.
Subsubparagraph 2(c)(vii) and subparagraph 2(f) of this Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2009.
Amendment of Sixteenth Schedule 2.
The Sixteenth Schedule to the National Land Code is amended—
(a)
in paragraph 1, in the definition of “computer document of licence or permit”—
(i)
by inserting after the words “computer document of licence or permit”
the words “or lease of reserved land”; and
by inserting after the words “computer printed document of permit”
the words “or computer printed document of lease of reserved land”;
(b)
in paragraph 2—
(i)
in subparagraph (a), by deleting the word “and”;
in subparagraph (b), by substituting for the words “and shall cancel and destroy the previous version of the computer document of title.”

“(c) cancels the previous version of the computer printed document of title;
(d)
captures image of the previous version of the computer printed document of title that has been cancelled to be virtually stored in the land database; and

in subparagraph (2), by substituting for the words “the Code” the words “this Act”;
in subparagraph (3), by substituting for the word “Code” the word

an endorsement across the face of the existing register document of title; or
(b)
any types of endorsement in any circumstances where an endorsement across the face of the existing register document of title is impossible, to the effect that the title in question has been converted to the computerized document of title.”;
