Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 dipinda dalam

Bahagian III—

(a)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Acetyl-alpha-methylfentanyl”

butiran yang berikut:

“Acetylfentanyl”;

(b)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Butorphanol” butiran yang berikut:

“Butyrfentanyl”;

(c)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran

“4-bromo-2,

5-dimethoxyphenylethylamine (2C-B)” butiran yang berikut:

“2-(4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-(2-methoxybenzyl)

ethanamine (25B-NBOMe)”;

(d)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Cathinone” butiran yang berikut:

“2-(4-chloro-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-(2-methoxybenzyl)

ethanamine (25C-NBOMe)”;

(e)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Concentrate of poppy-straw

(the material arising when poppy-straw has entered into a process for the concentration of its alkaloids, when such material is made available in trade)” butiran yang berikut:

“1-cyclohexyl-4-(1,2-diphenylethyl)piperazine (MT-45)”;

(f)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Diampromide” butiran yang berikut:

“3,4-dichloro-N-[(1-dimethylamino)cyclohexylmethyl]benzamide

(AH-7921)

3,4-dichloro-N-[2-

(dimethylamino)cyclohexyl]-N-methylbenzamide (U-47700)”;

(g)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Hydroxypethidine” butiran yang berikut:

“2-(4-iodo-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-(2-methoxybenzyl)

ethanamine (25I-NBOMe)”; dan

(h)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Paramethoxyamphetamine (PMA)”

butiran yang berikut:

“Para-methoxymethylamphetamine (PMMA)”.

DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT 1952

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 45A of the

Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment of First

Schedule) Order 2017.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is amended in Part III—

(a)

by inserting after the item “Acetyl-alpha-methylfentanyl” the following item:

“Acetylfentanyl”;

(b)

by inserting after the item “Butorphanol” the following item:

“Butyrfentanyl”;

(c)

by inserting after the item “4-bromo-2, 5-dimethoxyphenylethylamine

(2C-B)” the following item:

“2-(4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-(2-methoxybenzyl)

ethanamine (25B-NBOMe)”;

(d)

by inserting after the item “Cathinone” the following item:

“2-(4-chloro-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-(2-methoxybenzyl)

ethanamine (25C-NBOMe)”;
