FEDERAL ROADS (FELDA SCHEME) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Terengganu, makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Felda Scheme)

(Amendment) Order 2017.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 25 October 2017.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Federal Roads (Felda Scheme) Order 1991 [P.U. (A) 449/1991] is amended in the Schedule under the heading “Negeri Terengganu” by inserting after item “Neram 2”

and the particulars relating to it the following item and the particulars relating to it:
