FEES ACT 1951

FEES (NATIONAL SPACE AGENCY) ORDER 2017

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 10 of the Fees Act 1951

[Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Fees (National Space Agency)

Order 2017.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2017.

Fees and payment of fees 2.

(1)

The fees prescribed in column (2) of the Schedule shall be paid to the

Director General of the National Space Agency for the services specified in column (1)

in accordance with the unit specified in column (3).

(2)

The fees prescribed under this Order shall be payable as follows:

(a)

not less than fifty percent from the total fees payable shall be paid before the services are rendered; and

(b)

the remaining fees payable after payment in subsubparagraph (a)

is made, shall be paid in full after the services have been rendered.

Remission 3.

The Director General of the National Space Agency may remit the fees prescribed under this Order either wholly or in part or generally or in any particular case or class of cases.
